Attention Home Buyers!

The US Government has extended the tax credit for first time home buyers to include long-time homeowners buying a replacement principal residence and set a new deadline. Long-time homeowners are eligible for up to $6,500 and first-time home buyers are eligible for up to $8,000 off their taxes. The new deadline to make an eligible house purchase is May 1st, 2010 with the closing date to be before July 1st, 2010.
