Ron and his wife Irene, married for 46 years, are the parents of 6 and have 30 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  Ron has lived and worked in Washington most of his life.  He is dedicated to family values and helping people realize their dreams of owning their own home. Ron was one of the first presidents of the Clark County Home Builders Association.  .

Ivan and his wife Sara have been married for 17 years and are the parents of 5 beautiful kids.  Ivan has worked for Olin Homes for 20 years and is devoted to running the office and handling all public relations for the company.

Dean Olin - Project Manager and Ron’s son.
Dean and his wife Sandra have been married for 16 years and are the parents of 4 wonderful kids.  Dean has worked for Olin Homes for 17 years and manages the construction of between 20-30 homes at a time and is committed to making sure the building process runs efficiently.

Ron and Dean moved their families to Pasco, WA in order to manage the construction of our subdivisions in the Tri-Cities. For many years we averaged 50 houses a year and now we are building 100 homes a year on average. Ron Olin built the Willamette falls locks control center and office project as well as the commercial kitchen and fueling station at the Yakima Firing Range for the Army Corps of Engineers. Ron also did a construction project at the Vancouver Army Barracks as well as building a new operations and maintenance building at Clark College.
