After being hired on full time at Olin Homes, he has taken on more and more responsibility and has now been working with us for 5 years. John now runs the sales office in Vancouver, WA as well as managing the construction of all of our homes in the Southwest Washington area.

Sandy and her husband Dennis have been married for 23 years and are the parents of 4 beautiful girls and have 2 grandchildren. Sandy has been working for Olin Homes for 10 years and manages the sales office in Pasco, WA. She commutes to Pasco from Vancouver each week, with the plan to move to Pasco once her youngest daughter graduates from high school. She is dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied with their new homes.

Sam began working for Olin Homes as an electrical subcontractor. Olin Homes recognized the excellent quality of work Sam did on our houses, so we offered him a position as in-house electrician in Pasco. Sam jumped at the opportunity and was able to purchase his first home from Olin Homes because of more affordable housing in Pasco.

Luis has been Dean’s right hand man for 3 years. Luis grew up in the Tri-Cities and bought our first model home in the Tri-Cities. He loved it so much he wanted to work for us. Luis oversees quality control and does the final walkthrough with home buyers.
